Coral Courier Terms of Service
Draft revised October 28, 2026. Publication is pending legal/provider review and verification against the deployed service. This draft does not certify compliance or release readiness.
These terms are an agreement between you and Dominic Rand, who sells and operates Coral Courier ("we", "us"). Questions, complaints or claims: support@coralcourier.com.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Coral Courier gives you your own AI Agent, hosted by us, that you talk to from the Coral Courier iPhone app. The Agent can chat, take voice Calls, run Scheduled Jobs, and, if you allow it, use your iPhone and connected accounts.
What is included at launch: chat, Voice Messages, Calls with your Agent, Scheduled Jobs, connected accounts where the app offers them, and Device Actions on your iPhone. Phone Calls from your Agent to other people are not part of the service.
The service is available only in the United States.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something important you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Sign in using the authorized path offered by your app. Apple and passkey accounts are separate identities. Passkey accounts need not have an email address. Apple recovery goes through Apple; support does not bypass account authorization. Keep your devices secure.
- One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell it.
- Tell us at the support address if you think someone else is using your account.
The initial pilot is invitation-only and unpaid by Coral Courier. Participation does not automatically convert to a paid plan. Historical paid-plan terms below need alignment before paid activation; they do not offer a new trial or authorize charging pilot participants. Existing granted or purchased value must be preserved under the approved migration policy.
3. Plans, balance and spending
Plans. Coral Courier is a monthly subscription at $19.99 (Plus) or $99.99 (Pro) a month, in US dollars; Apple adds any sales tax. Each plan includes limited monthly usage. Included usage resets when the plan renews and does not roll over.
No free trial. Coral Courier does not offer free trials. A trial that was already granted keeps its terms until it ends.
Basic. The $9.99 Basic plan is no longer offered to new subscribers. If you already subscribe to Basic, you keep it, at the same price and with the same included usage, until you cancel it. We will not move you to another plan or raise its price without telling you first; you can change to Plus or Pro yourself at any time.
Balance. Your Agent's use of AI models, voice and other paid services is charged in US dollars, first to your plan's included usage and then to your balance. Each use costs twice what the provider charges us for it. The app shows your balance and what each use cost; a use that costs less than a cent shows as less than $0.01, and only its exact cost is taken.
Top-ups. You can add to your balance with one-time top-ups. You can spend a top-up balance with or without an active plan.
What a balance is and is not. Your balance can be used only for Coral Courier. It is not money, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. It is not refunded except where the law or Apple's refund process requires, or if we close the service (section 7). Purchased balance never expires while your account is open.
Spend limits. To protect you from unexpected use, we apply spend limits: $5 a day and $1 a task by default. You can lower the daily limit, or raise it to as much as $50 a day, in Settings › Account › Plans and Balance; email support to change the per-task limit. Reaching a limit stops new paid work; something your Agent has already started, such as a reply, a Call or a scheduled job, finishes. You get a notice when your balance is low. When nothing is left to spend, your Agent refuses new paid work until you add balance or your plan renews.
Going below zero. So that work already started can finish, your balance can go slightly below zero, down to −$5. If it reaches −$5, that work stops, and a Call in progress ends after a short warning. Anything below zero is repaid first from your next included usage or top-up, and your Agent refuses new paid work until it is.
Purchases through Apple. All purchases are made through Apple in the iPhone app and are subject to Apple's terms. Apple charges you, renews your subscription, and handles refunds.
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. See Refunds and cancellation.
Price changes. We will tell you before a price change takes effect. Apple will ask for your consent where its rules require it.
4. Your Agent and your devices
- Your Agent acts on your devices only with your permission. It can use a device only after you pair it, and only the areas you allow in Settings › Access and iOS lets the app use. Review selected Access choices during setup and preserve any opt-outs. Access, OS permissions, Approval and Verification are separate controls.
- You can turn any area off, revoke a device, or stop your Agent at any time. Settings › Account › Emergency Stop revokes every other device and stops your Agent's running work at once. Settings › Account › Activity shows what your Agent did on your devices.
- Some actions always need your explicit Approval in the app first, such as running commands in a shell and reading, changing or deleting files. Drafts of texts and emails are sent only when you tap Send.
- You are responsible for what you ask your Agent to do and for the permissions you give it. Only connect devices and accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
5. AI output
- Your Agent is an AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it can misunderstand you. Check anything important before relying on it.
- It is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.
- Voices on Calls are AI-generated.
- If your Agent says something harmful or offensive, report it to support@coralcourier.com or with Report a Problem in Settings › Account. We review every report.
- You own what you send the Agent. As between you and us, you own what it produces for you, subject to the AI provider's terms. You give us the rights we need to store and process your content to run the service.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Coral Courier to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or spam anyone;
- create sexual content involving minors, or intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- access accounts, devices or systems you are not allowed to use;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or get around spend limits or other controls;
- resell or share access to the service or its AI models;
- break OpenAI's usage policies.
We may limit or suspend your Agent if we reasonably believe it is being used this way.
7. Ending the service
- You can stop using Coral Courier and delete your account in the app at any time. See Deleting your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Unless there is a legal or security reason not to, we will warn you first and give you 30 days' notice. There is no general export of your data. Where the law gives you a right to a copy, ask support@coralcourier.com and we will provide what it requires, once we've confirmed the request comes from the account's owner.
- If we stop the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of your purchased top-up balance. Included plan usage is not refunded; Apple handles subscription refunds.
8. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, or for actions your Agent took with permissions you gave it.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $50.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, handle any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo or on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also follow any third-party terms that apply to your use, such as your mobile data plan. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Other terms
- Disputes: before starting a claim, email support@coralcourier.com and describe the problem. We will try to resolve it with you informally for 30 days. If we can't, either of us can take it to court.
- Governing law and courts: the laws of the State of Hawaii, and the state and federal courts in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the state where you live.
- Changes: we will tell you in the app before material changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
